Avonlea Anniversary Invite using Artiste!

In the Idea Book, the Avonlea papers are featured with everyday/family artwork, but I saw elegant/wedding in these papers right away - maybe it was the Avonlea Off-White and Slate colors that sparked that image.

Here is a Wedding Anniversary invite I made using the Artiste card found on page 44 of the handbook. It has a coordinating wrap-around envelope that goes with it too!

I used one of my favorite stamps on this card called Pirouette
I stamped with our VersaMark ink, sprinkled with a little Silver Embossing Powder and heat set the images with our craft heater. Simple, but beautiful!

Here is a frame I used to feature a vintage photo of the bride and groom along with an anniversary memento.

I used the same technique as on the invite, but added a metal accent from the Brocade Assortment with a ribbon bow and Rhinestone Brad on top!

Back with more artwork tomorrow!

  1. Wedding cards makes the first impression over our relatives and friends.People imagine and assumes different things about marriage by wedding cards designs.

    1. That's very true! And it's a big deal to the bride/groom to reflect their style and sentiment! :o)

  2. These invitations really look fantastic. Thanks for posting the blog and images.

    1. Thank you and thanks for stopping by Rahul!
