WOW! I love the gift Lisa gave all of us on her team!!! We received little ThirtyOne Carry All Caddy bags embroidered  with "Bling It On!" Even the tag is so stinkin' adorable!

Inside there was a set of personalized cards!

And some fun goodies - jelly bellies, manicure set, and pink glitz glitter!

And finally a pillow box with a "C" monogram stamp, a Thank You, and Pink Glitter Gems!

I have the most amazing uplink - who just happens to be my friend! Thank you Lisa for such a beautiful gift!!! I love it!

Convention Team Gifts

We are having SO MUCH FUN here at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort! Close To My Heart has TAKEN OVER!!! 

I like to try and make a little welcome gift for my team that comes to convention. This year I had grand designs and high hopes that I would get it done. However, I've had to turn to "PLAN B". So this silly little gift really just signifies that "I'M SO GLAD YOU CAME!!!!" 

Here is the silly gift each team member will receive at our team meeting tonight:

Filled with WHAT you ask? Why candy of course! But not just any candy, candy with a purpose! I decorated each box of candy with a little saying to go along with the theme!

The Happiest Place On Earth!

I just arrived at the happiest place on earth - Disney's Coronado Springs Resort - for Close To My Heart's annual convention. The whole place is already buzzing with excitement! 

The magic begins at the airport, where you simply climb aboard the Magic Express Bus and little fairies collect your bags for you from baggage claim and deliver them directly to your hotel room! Wow! I'm feeling like a princess already!

And now I'm nestled in my room with my bags unpacked and ready to explore the resort! So much fun!! It's a business trip and a girl's trip all rolled into one fabulous time!

I hear wedding bells!

I'm sorry I have been MIA lately. I've been working on SECRET projects for our Close To My Heart annual convention next week! I can't wait to share them with you! 

But this week I am in PA for my brother's wedding! I'm SO HAPPY for my brother and new sister! He is such a generous, loving, kind, thoughtful, AMAZING man. And my new sister is so full of love and life - I just adore her! 

All that to say....I'll be back soon with artwork and sneak peeks and information to share soon....but right now, I'm celebrating with my family in PA!

For Always Wedding Card

Do you ever find yourself in need of a card, like RIGHT NOW? And you don't have "time" to make a nice one? I LOVE how Close To My Heart has a full line of products that have been designed to quickly and easily coordinate - which makes the creating process quick and easy!

Above is a card I put together in just about a minute! Seriously! Which means it's not fancy or full of juicy techniques, but easily reproducible! I used 2 of the For Always Stickease which were intended for a scrapbook page, but work well on my card. Then I added a couple of sparkle flourishes and some of our black shimmer trim!

Inside I added some more stickease and sparkles.

I matted the inside sentiment with our black glitter paper to tie in the black shimmer trim on the front!

And to top it off, I decorated my envelope too! (Since I will be bringing the card to the wedding and not mailing it, I was able to add dimension and bling!)
