Laughing Lola Club Layouts!

Laughing Lola Layouts - say THAT 10 times! This month in my Cross Lanes Club, we will be making layouts using our Laughing Lola paper, Dimensional Elements and coordinating Assortment!

The layouts come right out of two of our marvelous How-To Pattern Books!

This first layout is found in the Make It From Your Heart - Volume 2 book, Pattern 4 on page 12. The only "extras" I used on this page was a tiny bit of Black Shimmer Trim and the "Sassy" cut from our Artbooking Cartridge on our Black Glitter Paper! Black and White photos will look GREAT on this layout!

This second layout is found in the Make It From Your Heart - Volume 1 book, Pattern 6 on page 16. This layout features more of the exclusive gold paper found only in this kit!

I didn't use any extras on this page. But one thing I will say, is that I am normally very conservative when it comes to embellishments. Partly because I like clean and simple, but more so because I tell myself "if you use this embellishment, it will be gone"! Isn't that ridiculous? And the more I like an embellishment, the less likely I am to use it because then it will "be gone"! It's not like I can't order more! Silly.......anyway, THIS time I used the ENTIRE package of the Laughing Lola Assortment on these two pages! All of it! And I LOVE these embellishments too! I'm proud of myself - it's a milestone for me! ;o)

My Cross Lanes Club meets this month on Friday, September 27th at 1:00pm and 6:00pm at my home. Want to join us? I just might have some extra supplies. Contact me if you are interested!

  2. Great layout! Why do we always hoard our supplies! I need to use o many things up just so I can find what I need to create. I always try to save it for something special and it just keeps getting moved around and never used. LOL
