This week my Danville Club will be making this project featuring our Huntington papers and stickease along with our 5x7 hinged display tray!
This display tray normally sits sideways on a table or shelf (as shown here), but here I have turned it long-ways to either display on an easel or to hang on the wall.
In two of the sections I put some of our 3-D flowers from the Cricut Art Philosophy and a sentiment from the Huntington stickease along with embellishments from the Rosewood Mini-Medley collection. (I LOVE the embellishments in this collection!)
The photos I used are my grand parents along with their family below them. Wouldn't this make a cool Christmas gift to give to your parents or grandparents? You could even do one for each married couple in the family to create a family showcase in your hallway or on a family wall. In fact, in one of the sections (bottom left) I think I will include journaling with the couple's names and date of marriage along with a list of their children (instead of the stickease image that is shown).
Would you like to make one of these? Contact me for details on how to get a kit by mail OR to come to schedule a time to create one with a group of friends! Or create your own them by ordering the products you want on my shopping site!
Christine, please tell how you are making your leaves 3 dimensional???
ReplyDeleteDona, after cutting out the leaves with the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge, I fold them in half and run them through a crimper at an angle to get the "veins" in the leaves.
DeleteHope that helps!
