All this week I am sharing pieces of my Halloween Party that I created for convention.
And what's a party without an invitation?
This adorable BAT card is perfect for my Halloween invite! You'll find it on the Artiste Cricut Cartridge on pg. 76 and it is scored so you can fold the wings in to tuck into an envelope!
The You're Invited came from the same cartridge on pg. 68. I cut it out in both black cardstock and purple glitter paper and offset them to create a shadow. Believe it or not, it's little details like that, that make your artwork pop! Speaking of POP, I just had to add the little bat from the Artbooking cartridge pg. 71 with a couple of bitty sparkles for the eyes! Glue down the body, but bend the wings up for more character!
I decided to include a "ticket" in my invitation that they bring to the party. This image is actually the negative (or cut out part) of an image on the Artbooking cartridge pg. 86. I used the grey glitter frames on a project last year and saved this negative part to use in the future! It's perfect! The "spooky" came from the Artiste cartridge pg. 76.
On the back of the ticket are the details…
Here is the Cricut Explore cutting file if you want to give it a try!
