Stonewall Resort Crop Update!

This weekend I met with my fabulous planning committee to go over some final details and look over workshops! We are getting excited already and hope you are too!!

I forgot to get a picture of us, so here is a picture of our breakfast! I love egg and cheese casseroles and this one was pretty good! It's called Sunday Brunch Casserole and you can find the recipe here. The only thing I did differently is bake the hasbrowns first. Simply toss the hashbrowns with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, spread in the bottom of the 9x13 dish and bake for about 20-30 minutes. The add the egg mixture and bake another 45 minutes. Sprinkle a little more cheese on top and broil for about 10 minutes to finish off! 

Back to the crop -- we've designed and scheduled our workshops for this year. Erin Vriendt and Angie Kincaid have designed some wonderful workshops for you this year!!! I'll be posting them in December/January for you to sign up in advance.

I've also been able to rent another room for us to hold workshops in which has allowed me to add almost everyone from the waiting list!!

Which brings me to my next point, if you haven't paid for your spot, you need to do so by the end of November, otherwise I will have to open it up for someone else.
